Netscher Award for Excellence in Hand Surgery, a $1,000 prize presented annually at graduation to the BCM Hand Surgery fellow who best exemplifies the professionalism, scholarship, and dedication to advancing the field that defined Dr. Netscher's extraordinary 34-year career at Baylor, including 24 years as Fellowship Director.

The award recipient, selected by faculty vote, is the fellow who has contributed most meaningfully to the body of knowledge in Hand Surgery while serving as a teacher and mentor to residents and medical students. We are grateful for your support in honoring Dr. Netscher's legacy and supporting our Hand Fellowship program.
